How much does Christmas light installation cost in Halifax?
Every home is different, so we give you a fixed, written quote after a free on-site estimate. The price depends on roofline length, number of stories, roof pitch and how much tree and landscape lighting you want, and it covers the whole season: the lights, custom fitting, installation, free maintenance, takedown and storage. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights as part of every package. They stay ours, so you never pay to replace a burnt-out strand or find room to store them. We cut them to fit your home, and because we store them labeled for your house, next year's install goes up faster.
When should I book holiday lighting in Halifax?
As early as you can. We install from early October through mid-December, and the dates just before Thanksgiving fill up first. Booking in late summer or early fall gives you the widest choice of install dates.
What happens if a strand goes out mid-season?
Call or text us and we come back to fix it at no charge. Free maintenance all season, including storm damage, is included in every package. That is the whole point of hiring a professional instead of climbing a ladder in December.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for our crew, and we are happy to send a certificate of insurance before we set foot on your property. Property managers and HOAs can have it issued directly to them.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedown starts in early January and is scheduled by neighborhood and weather. You don't need to be home and you don't need to call us; removal and off-season storage are already included.
Can you help me design the display?
Yes. Every install starts with a free design consultation. We walk the property with you, suggest what will look best from the street and show you the plan before anything goes up.
What color lights do you use?
Our signature look is warm white: the soft, candle-like glow that suits New England homes and never looks harsh. Multicolor, cool white or a custom mix is available on request; just mention it in your quote.
Will the clips damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use all-clip fastening made for shingles, gutters and ridgelines. Nothing is nailed, stapled or screwed into your home, and nothing is left behind after takedown.
